Transfer Out of Chua Chu Kang Secondary School (Medical Reasons)

Students who require a transfer due to serious medical conditions or severe physical impairments, may apply directly thorough Chua Chu Kang Secondary School under the MOE Medical Appeal Exercise (MAE) by 12 pm on 19 December 2024. Parents/Guardians are to proceed to the General Office to complete and submit the appeal form.

To appeal for transfer into Chua Chu Kang Secondary School, please click on the link below to submit your appeal for transfer by 12 pm on 23 December 2024. Please note that applicants will be considered based on the cut-off point (COP) of the Posting Group and available vacancies. Applicants will be put on the waiting list after the submission of transfer request. While on the waiting list, students must report to their current posted school.
