Welcome to Chua Chu Kang Secondary School

Congratulations on your child’s/ward’s posting to Chua Chu Kang Secondary School! We look forward to welcoming you to the CCKSS family come 2025.

We will be conducting our Secondary 1 E-Registration, hence parents/guardians are not required to be physically present in our school.

Please complete the following as part of your child’s/ward’s Sec 1 Registration:

Step 1: Secondary 1 E-Registration(Compulsory)

Please complete the online registration by clicking on this (link). The online registration portal will be open from 18 December 2024 (Wed), 8 am until 23 December 2024 (Mon), 5 pm.

Step 2: Purchase of Books and Sale of Uniforms

The sale of books and school uniforms for Secondary 1 students will be held in our school on 19, 20 and 23 December 2024, 9 am to 3 pm (kindly avoid lunch hours: 12pm - 1pm) and 21 December 2024, 9 am to 11.30 am.

Do note that there are other available dates from 26 - 27 December 2024 for purchase of books and uniforms; however, 19 - 23 December 2024 are set aside specifically for incoming Sec 1 students.

For purchase of books, you may purchase online from 16 – 24 December 2024 at https://www.pacificbookstores.com/and arrange for delivery from 27 – 30 December 2024, subject to slots availability.

Step 3: Getting Ready for the First Day of School

School Transfer Appeals After Release of Sec 1 Posting

Transfer requests into or out of Chua Chu Kang Secondary School following the Secondary 1 Posting results are subject to special considerations and circumstances (eg: medical conditions) and available vacancies.

Transfer Out of Chua Chu Kang Secondary School (Medical Reasons)

Students who require a transfer due to serious medical conditions or severe physical impairments, may appeal directly to Chua Chu Kang Secondary School by 12 pm on 19 December 2024. Parents/Guardians are to proceed to the General Office to complete the appeal form.

Transfer Into Chua Chu Kang Secondary School

To appeal for transfer into Chua Chu Kang Secondary School, please click on the link below to submit your appeal for transfer by 12 pm on 23 December 2024. Please note that applicants for transfer will be considered based on the cut-off point (COP) of the Posting Group that student is in and available vacancies. Applicants will be put on the waiting list after the submission of transfer request. While on the waiting list, students must report to their current posted school.
